Our initial exploratory consultation booking is designed to help us understand your unique needs and explore the solutions we can offer. We believe that every business is unique, and that's why we start with an initial intake questionnaire to get to know you better before our virtual meeting. During our scheduled time, we'll follow this summarized meeting agenda: 1. Introductions 2. Understanding your needs 3. Reviewing your current strategies 4. Identifying opportunities 5. Exploring solutions 6. Determining the next steps. At Canvas Consulting, we value your time and are committed to providing personalized, impactful guidance tailored to your unique needs. To ensure we can dedicate our focus to serious inquiries, we require a refundable deposit to schedule your initial consultation. How It Works: A $25 deposit secures your consultation time. If you choose to move forward with our services, the deposit is applied toward your total cost. For consultations that don’t lead to a partnership but demonstrate genuine intent, the deposit will be refunded in full. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Why We Use This Approach:

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Window: Clients must notify Canvas Consulting of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 2. Refunds: a. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will not be eligible for refunds. b. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or failure to provide timely notification. 3. Rescheduling: a. Clients may reschedule appointments within the cancellation window, subject to availability. b. Rescheduling requests outside the 24-hour window will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same policy. 4. Exceptions: a. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Canvas Consulting may consider exceptions to this policy. b. Any exceptions will be granted at the discretion of Canvas Consulting and must be requested in writing. 5. Non-Transferability: Appointments are non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred to another party without prior approval from Canvas Consulting. 6. Policy Acceptance: By booking an appointment with Canvas Consulting, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation and rescheduling policy. 7. Policy Updates: Canvas Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
